Step One: Consultation Meeting
The first step in the process is our visiting your place of business. Along with the initial information gathering, it allows us to get a general idea of your business setup thus helping us to customize our proposal for you. We encourage all our clients to detail their current business goals as well as what types of marketing (both successful and otherwise) they have used in the past. Our goal is to understand your products and services, review objectives and expectations and create some ideas for you as well as determine a starting point. Once the information has been gathered, P3 Marketing will design a customized plan of action including what we have the ability to do for you, and an estimated timeline for setting up the program.
Step Two: The Proposal
Our Executive Staff comes out to your office to meet with your Management and Sales Team. Our supplied agenda for this meeting includes what P3 Marketing’s vision is for you while outlining the strategy and approach procedures that we will use to promote your business.
Our program outline will include a sample call script, e-mail templates, and spreadsheets. After the outline has been reviewed in detail by your team, we will ask for feedback, and the process of fine-tuning will begin.
Lastly, we will go into great detail as to what P3 Marketing is capable of providing to boost your sales.
Step Three: The Kickoff
This is the official start date for your P3 Marketing Program when all of our efforts will be focused on you.
We will work with you closely for the first 30 days after the start date to review how the marketing is working and what improvements might be added to best benefit your company.
Our Business Account Manager will work directly with our Telephone Account Manager in observing our staff making calls. Their duties will also include creating scripts and a database for our staff to work from. You will be given example reports to review that show what efforts we have expended to increase your companies sales.
The purpose of this process is to provide you with reports and feedback from our marketing efforts. We will also review all call sheets and documentation made by our staff for overall quality and results.
Step Four: Follow-up
Throughout the entire process we will encourage your participation by having you supply us with feedback. Our aim is to increase your sales by supplying your sales force with solid leads.
Our focus will be on the following questions:
- What is working?
- Is our approach effective?
- Does the call prospect understand the discussion?
- Are we able to contact the appropriate person?
- Are we fully utilizing your database information?
- Are we zeroed in on your market?
By answering these questions, we will be able to further improve your program and thus serve you more effectively.
